REACH Statement
To ensure that our cabling products meet the basic requirements of environmental protection and safety and comply with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) regulations on toxic substances that may cause cancer, mutagenesis, reproductive toxicity or bioaccumulation, CRXCabling monitor the chemical risks and make sure the cabling product complies with REACH regulations on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
We hereby confirm and ensure that all the products we, CRXCabling, delivered to you are in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) NO 1907/2006 (REACH) and 211 items in SVHC recently issued.
Remark
1、 The raw materials of the above products do not contain and deliberately add the substances in the productions which have been listed on the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern), so they won't be released during normal usage.
2. This statement is only used to declare the above product confirmation to the REACH Regulation of European Union Parliament and European Union Council (EC) directive NO 1907/2006 and recently issued. It does not have other uses and legal effects. CRXCabling is generally not responsible for any loss due not to conforming to other laws and regulations nor the other companies' standards.
